Pareto Asset Management would like to announce that the merger between Pareto Investment Fund (merging fund) and Pareto Aksje Norge (receiving fund) has been completed.

Background and justification

The background and justification for the merger can be found in the Information to unit-holders.

 

Confirmation of completion

The funds’ auditor has issued a confirmation of completion of the merger. The confirmation is available free of charge. Unit-holders who wish to receive a copy of the auditor’s confirmation can contact the management company.
