Pareto SICAV are changing service providers

PARETO SICAV 10.11.2025

Pictet has been selected as the new service provider and will replace all three existing providers (FundRock, EFA and SEB).

New service provider

Pictet is a privately owned, partner-run and independent Swiss company with more than 200 years of history. FundPartner Solutions (FPS), Pictet's dedicated third-party asset management company, will take over the services currently provided by FundRock and EFA. Bank Pictet will take over as custodian after SEB.

Important information

It is important to note that the funds will be closed for subscription and redemption on 26 and 27 November 2025. The last deadline for subscription and redemption via EFA will be 25 November 2025 at 12:00 (price date 25.11.2025). The next opportunity for subscription and redemption via will be via FPS with a price date of 28 November 2025 (cut-off 28.11.25 at 12:00).
NB! The cut-off for subscription and redemption via PAM is 1 hour earlier, i.e., at 11:00
The unit value (NAV) will be calculated as usual for 26 and 27 November 2025
Unit holders do not need to take any action in connection with the migration
No significant changes in the cost level for unitholders are expected as a result of the migration
A new prospectus for Pareto SICAV reflecting the above-mentioned changes in service providers will be published on 28 November 2025. There will also be new KIDs.
